This story begins a little over 4 years ago.
I was pregnant with my daughter and not working.
I had plenty of time to think and daydream.
I wanted to stay home with her.
But still had a creative drive and ambition.
As luck would have it I stumbled up some of my old craft supplies.
I decide to teach myself again.
I had found something I had long ignored.
Being a teenager got in the way of my creative dreams.
The joy of making!
I rediscovered a part of myself, my heart.
And I began to dream of making this my business.
The format has changed some over the years.
My style took time to evolve.
The love of simplicity and modern design.
Things that are feminine and based on great materials.
My only wish is to grow this dream and myself to the full potential.
I also wish I got started sooner.
I am a self taught designer.
My only formal training is in graphic design.
I chase this dream that lets me be home with my little girl.
And to lead by example.
I am a city mouse.
I love my Mac.
I talk fast when I’m excited, angry, nervous, or just cause.
I rock out to the beat of my own drum.
I stand out the most by being myself.
My work is my play.
I’m a non-conformist who conforms when it suits me.
I love tattoos.
I love twitter, facebook and my blog.
I work better with people than for someone.
I will have several brick and mortar locations.
I prefer my toast dark with cream cheese, peanut butter or butter.
I love vegetables.
I am a pescatarian.
I love tofu.
Most importantly, I am a mom.
